JANUARY 1, 2018 | MANILA | PERSONAL
In all ways, 2017 had become the toughest year I’ve ever had in my adolescent life. Although sometimes I’m not sure given the fact that every yearend, I feel like that year has been my worst. This year opened a lot of eyes, ears, arms and…uhm, never mind. My point is, I learned a lot about myself this year than all the years of my life combined.
OCTOBER 16, 2017 | MAKATI | PERSONAL
I always project a specific version of me depending with the group of people that I hang-out with. And the transitions happen so quickly that I lost the grip of my own real self, thus while being everyone–I was being no one.

My parents knew even at a young age that my mind was different, that it was not meant to stay in one place. I remember at seven, I used to drown in my own thoughts so deep and serene that a butterfly can land on my nose and I won’t notice, and then my mother would wake me with a pinch so painful and, a phrase so familiar – “Asa na man ka?” or “Where are you?”.

It’s been months since the last time I posted something in this amateur website that doesn’t even have its own domain (I’ll try to fix that very, very soon). From birth, up to that age where we gain a little bit of self-awareness, our parents always asked these three questions and has been asking us the same questions throughout the course of our lives – “What is your name?”, “Where do you live?” and “Who do you want to be?”.
OCT 9, 2017 | ZAMBALES | TRAVEL
Just a few hour drive away from the hustle and bustle of the metro, is a haven for souls that are craving for a getaway. Just a few minutes from the main road of San Felipe, Zambales is a famous surfing alternative from the mainstream surfing spots in the North. Probably the best thing about Liwliwa in my opinion is that you immediately feel the “chill” vibe everywhere. The locals are super generous and friendly and the place (even though their shores can’t rival with Boracay or Palawan) is very much closer to nature than all the beaches that I have seen in Luzon. There’s this special feeling about this place that would really clear up your mind and at the same time, enjoy your friend’s company.
JULY 4, 2017 | MAKATI | FOOD
Food is one of my favorite subjects, it’s not easy because there are a lot of things that should be taken into consideration. When I take a food shot with my phone, I follow basic rules and try to edit them as minimal as I can, sometimes…well all the time, I have to trust my gut feeling. You’d know if you have shot a good photo, it has to look and feel right and you really have to stick with it. What are the things that need to be considered for a great, appetizing food shot?
JUNE 25, 2017 | MAKATI | PERSONAL
2016 was a very bad year. Last January 1st, we were given yet another chance to turn the tide around. To make up for whatever we have lost in the past, to be new. It has been 6 months since then, and how am I doing? How are you doing? How is my heart doing?
JUNE 23, 2017 | ANTIPOLO | FOOD
I would lie if I won’t admit that I take pictures of food that I eat in restaurants, food stalls, and dishes that I cook. Sometimes, I even bother my friends by using them as props just to get a proper, instagrammable food shot! (Those shots that uses hands, utensils to create an ‘action’ shot, lol). Well, since we all love good food and taking pictures of it, my co-creatives and I scheduled a mock shoot with food. I was on a diet, Oh god.
MAY 29, 2017 | RIZAL | TRAVEL
Most of us know that there are countless destinations, worthy of an excursion, which are just few hours away from Metro Manila. We’re all so eager to get in a van with our homies to have a good time. But since it’s summer, and everybody’s dying to get their skin “sun-kissed”, would you like it if your ride can get you too much “sun-kissing”? Every wants that pretty tan, but seriously, how can you enjoy your road trip with friends and enjoy the pre-game if the sun annoys you too much?

"I love my pizza so much, in fact, that I have come to believe in my delirium that my pizza might actually love me, in return. I am having a relationship with this pizza, almost an affair." This quote from Elizabeth Gilbert’s worldwide bestselling novel, “Eat, Pray, Love” was all that I can think of when I first stepped inside the corridors of Venice Grand Canal. Ever since it opened more than 2 years ago, it instantly sparked overwhelming popularity among the local tourists and people outside Metro Manila for its thematic architecture that resembles one of Italy’s most romantic cities –Venice.
